Is it possible to return my order?

We have certain requirements for approving returns. Please ensure all these requirements are met.

 

Your return will be approved based on the following requirements: 

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. We cannot accept items that show signs of extensive use or have other damages.

Maximum 100 days since the order was placed

 

Send us an email

If you meet all these requirements, you can send an email to kundeservice@happyvibes.no answering the following questions: 

 

  • Order number
  • Item name 
  • Item type (color)
  • Picture of the item and its packaging
  • Feel free to add why you wish to return the order, so we can improve the user experience for future customers (optional)

 

Fill out the cancellation form

If the return is approved, we ask that you fill out the cancellation form below. The cancellation form can be printed and placed in the package with the items you wish to return.

If you do not have a printer, you can send us this form digitally via email to kundeservice@happyvibes.no

    Return your package to us
    If all steps have been completed and you have received email confirmation that your return is approved, we will send you a link where you can return the order.

    If you send the order without our approval, we will not be able to accept the return. Furthermore, if we receive products in an irresponsible condition, we will not be able to accept the return.
