The seller is referred to as: HappyVibes, us/our or we. The buyer is referred to as: customer, you, your or yours.

COMPLETION OF PURCHASE
Completing a purchase here on www.Happyvibes.no is very simple. You click "add to cart" on the product you wish to buy. The item will then be saved in your shopping cart, so you can easily continue shopping or go directly to checkout for payment. There you simply choose shipping and payment method and then enter your contact and delivery address.

When you have completed a purchase with us, you approve and agree to our terms and conditions. By purchasing an item, you approve and agree to the product's information and remarks.

PRIVACY, SECURITY AND PERSONAL DATA
In connection with your order, you agree that Happyvibes.no stores and uses your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via email, to be able to offer the service you expect from us. HappyVibes will not disclose your personal information to third parties. Under the Privacy Act, you have the right, once a year, to access the information we have stored about you. We reserve the right to use email/phone number to send marketing and newsletters.

Responsibility

The customer is responsible for handling the product appropriately, therefore HappyVibes.no disclaims all responsibility for the use of our goods and services.

PRICES
All our prices include VAT and exclude shipping unless we have a "free shipping campaign," in which case the customer does not pay for shipping. Our prices may vary, and we therefore reserve the right to change prices in relation to the market and other factors. We also reserve the right for typing/printing errors on our website.

CANCELLATION
The customer has the right to cancel the order until the order has been dispatched from the warehouse.

PAYMENT
The payment methods we offer are: VISA, MasterCard, Klarna, and Vipps. If you, as a customer, pay by card, the purchase amount will be charged the same day. When paying via Klarna, you have 30 days to pay the invoice from the date of your order.

To offer you Klarna’s payment options, we may transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor those payment options to you. Your transferred personal data is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy statement.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
The customer chooses the delivery method for the product at checkout. The delivery time for goods is 1-3 business days (regardless of where in the country the product is to be sent). Longer delivery times may occur for pre-orders or due to weather problems. In cases where products are in high demand, longer delivery times may occur. For pre-orders, we will state the estimated delivery date on the individual product page. If anything else applies, we will specify this in the respective article.

Important information about pre-orders: If one or more items in your order are marked with (Pre-order), the entire order will be shipped together when all products are in stock.

www.happyvibes.no is responsible for the item until it is delivered to the customer.
The customer is responsible for collecting the item from the post office or parcel locker, if applicable. It is the customer's responsibility to inquire about the item if it has not been received within the expected delivery time. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address – and is responsible for paying shipping costs if the item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal applies to the online store, Happyvibes.no. According to Norwegian law (the Right of Withdrawal Act), customers have the right to cancel a purchase. If you, as a customer, regret your purchase with us, you must notify us of this within 100 days after receiving the item. For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the item must be returned in the condition in which the customer received it (including all packaging) and within a reasonable time. The customer is responsible for the risk of return transport and must cover any costs associated with return shipment.


PAIN RELIEF GUARANTEE AND 100-DAY OPEN PURCHASE

The Pain Relief Guarantee and 100-day open purchase at HappyVibes are designed so that you, as a customer, can be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can freely return your product.

This does NOT apply if:
- The product has been used or shows signs of use.
- It has been more than 100 days since you received the product.

DAMAGED GOODS AND RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
When you receive your order, it is important to check the goods for damage or defects. Should the item be damaged or broken, you can contact us here for further instructions. You have a two-year right to complain in accordance with Norwegian law.

RETURN/EXCHANGE OF GOODS
When returning an item, the customer is responsible for the risk associated with return transport and must cover any costs related to the return shipment. When exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for any costs related to the round-trip shipment.

REFUND
Refunds will only be issued after cancellation of an order or when exercising the right of withdrawal once:

• The amount has been registered in our account or
• The product has been received in return and in the condition we shipped it
• If the item has been shipped and/or delivered, shipping costs will not be refunded unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

AMENDMENT OF TERMS
We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions on this website.
